Services Provided By Us’

1. Individual Support

We provide one-to-one, person-centred supports designed in line with each participant’s NDIS goals, needs, and preferences. Our supports are focused on building daily living skills, supporting personal care where required, assisting with decision-making, and strengthening capacity for greater independence.
All supports are delivered in a way that promotes choice and control, with each support plan developed collaboratively with the participant. This ensures services are tailored, goal-oriented, and aligned with the participant’s individual NDIS plan outcomes, while promoting skill development, independence, and community participation.

2. Personal Training Services

Our qualified personal trainers deliver individualised, ability-based exercise programs designed to support participants’ health, wellbeing, and functional capacity. Programs are tailored to each person’s goals, physical abilities, and access to equipment, with adaptable options including low-impact, mobility-focused, and pregnancy-safe exercise where appropriate.
Sessions may focus on improving strength, mobility, balance, endurance, and general fitness to support everyday functioning and independence. We incorporate functional movement training and strategies that may assist with balance and falls awareness, while progressively building capacity in a safe and supported environment.
All services are delivered in alignment with participant goals and are adjusted over time to reflect changing needs, preferences, and progress.

3. Community Engagement

We support participants to build meaningful and active connections within their community through strengths-based and person-centred approaches. Our supports are designed to promote genuine inclusion and participation, rather than passive attendance.
Services may include assistance with social and community participation, planning for social connection, group-based activities, skill-building workshops, volunteer opportunities, and supported access to community settings for first-time experiences.
We aim to provide culturally responsive and inclusive opportunities that reflect individual interests and goals, while fostering social networks, developing practical skills, and strengthening a sense of belonging and community participation.

4. Travel and Transport Assistance

We provide support to assist participants with travel and transport to access community activities, appointments, education, employment, and other day-to-day commitments in line with their NDIS goals.
Our supports are designed to promote independence, confidence, and safe community access. This may include assistance with planning and using public transport, building travel skills, and providing escorted travel where required to support participation in the community.
We focus on increasing capacity over time where appropriate, while ensuring participants are supported in a safe, reliable, and respectful manner that aligns with their individual needs and goals.

5. Household Tasks

We provide assistance with everyday household activities to support participants in maintaining a safe, clean, and well-organised living environment, in line with their NDIS goals.
Supports may include assistance with meal planning and preparation, laundry, cleaning, grocery shopping, basic home maintenance coordination, and support to develop budgeting and household management skills.
Our approach combines practical in-home assistance with capacity building, where appropriate, to strengthen independence and confidence in managing daily living tasks. We aim to support participants to maintain choice and control in their home environment while building skills for greater autonomy over time.
